Ministry Goals

It is the desire of Explorer Girls, Inc. to strengthen the ministry of the local church by providing a Bible based, Christ centered program for girls and women.

This is to be accomplished by training women in the church to organize and operate a weekday club program for girls from preschool age through 12 grade. The emphasis of each club is to present clear teaching of God's Word to the girls, and to challenge the girls to put into practice the truths they learn from the Bible lessons.

It is also accomplished by continual communications and support of the women working in the Explorer Girls' program. Training seminars are offered to allow the women opportunities to meet together and encourage each other. The Explorer Girls' Board of Directors appoints an Area Representative to regularly visit the church and the Committee Coordinator.
